Eligibility

Bali International Model United Nations Conference is a traveling conference committed to providing a platform for students and young leaders around the globe for sharing their ideas and input in policymaking. Thus, the general principle is such that all applicants must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program or should be between 15 and 28 years old.

Bali International Model United Nations Conference reserves the right to consider applicants who do not fulfill the general conditions on a case-by-case basis. If an individual applicant is marginally under or over age but shows great potential, society may accept the applicant. An underage, or slightly over age, applicant that is part of a delegation may also be considered, although the responsibility for said participant to abide by the social honor code falls under the Faculty Advisor or, in case, the delegation is not accompanied by a member of Faculty, the head Delegate.

Registration

Registration for the conference will be done through the online registration tab available on BIMUNC website. School, College, University official delegation can register via their representative Brand Ambassadors. All registrations are accepted on a first come, first serve basis. No applicant will be allocated a council/country until payment is received.

Registration types, fees and payment

The registration fee per person is mandatory and must be paid before the deadline of each registration phase. The registration fee can be paid via the bank online transfers.

  • Delegates have the option to choose from non-accommodation, accommodation, and full experience packages.
  • The registration will be conducted in two different categories, which are as follows:
