If the website determines that you need a visa, please follow the appropriate instructions on the email you will receive after you have registered and made the payment for the conference. If necessary, you should fill the Invitation Letter Form attached with the confirmation email before approaching or contacting the Indonesian Embassy/Consulate in your country.
In the form, please be prepared to include the following information: Full Name, Date of Birth, Passport Number, Passport Country of Origin, and Country of Residence (country in which you will be requesting the visa).
If granted a visa support letter, you may go to the Indonesian Consulate in your country to request your visa. Visa may take up to 4 Weeks for processing, so please allow yourself ample time to obtain the visa so that you may attend the conference. We recommend that you apply the latest by mid-December in order to secure a visa on time.
